Hygiene measures at the hotel:

Sanitation stations for hands in the hall, entrance, breakfast room, restaurant and on every floor.
ID of all guests included in the booking is requested in advance by email, to streamline the check procedures.
Sanitisation and cleaning of rooms in compliance with regulations in force.
All our staff is equipped with suitable PPE for their job.

The rooms:

Check-in: after 14.00.
Check-out: until 10.00.
Late Check-Out option subject to availability and prior agreement upon booking.
Our cleaning staff is fully trained to the new cleaning standards.
All rooms are disinfected, aerated and sanitised before the arrival of guests. Certified and tested detergents are used for disinfection, as indicated by the WHO.
Room tidying can be skipped upon your request.
Cradles are available upon request with a small surcharge and subject to booking.

Common areas:

All common areas are disinfected on a regular basis using professional cleaning products.
Common areas undergo frequent manual ventilation.
Hand disinfection columns are available on each floor.


Limited spaces are available in our indoor paid car park, with CCTV surveillance. You can park your car in available spaces at the hotel. In order to help our staff and other guests we kindly request you only park in available spaces, without blocking other vehicles.


Pets are always welcome at our facility! Please inform us upon placing your booking. Pets are not allowed in some parts of the hotel. The service is available subject to a surcharge.

Cancellation Policy:

To help you with your stay, we have made the cancellation policy more flexible. You can cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your arrival. In case of late cancellation you will be charged for the first night of your stay.
